Due to the sacred, time-intensive, and personalized nature of our services, we maintain the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. No Refunds After Service Initiation

Once a booking, puja, or consultation service has been initiated or performed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes cases where:

• Rituals have started based on your request.

• Spiritual processes (such as mantra japa, yantra preparations, or homam arrangements) have been initiated.

• Personalized guidance, readings, or energy work have been provided.

We request your complete clarity and commitment before booking any service.

2. Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 6 Hours:
You may cancel a scheduled service within 6 hours of booking if the service has not been processed yet.

Rescheduling:
If more than 6 hours have passed but you wish to make changes, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
Cancellations made within this window may be eligible for rescheduling (subject to availability and auspicious timing), but are not eligible for a refund.

No Cancellation or Rescheduling:
Requests received after the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled service date are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Force Majeure

In rare cases where services cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government restrictions), we will:

• Reschedule your service to the next available and astrologically auspicious time.

• No cash refunds will be offered in such situations.
